Sorry, no hot spots here. Walmart during the weekends maybe? Naaa that wouldn't count. Oh I know, the gas station when the tanker truck comes in to town to fill the underground tanks. That is SOOO much fun to watch.

God I need a life.

Melbourne Australia is the hot spot to be! My home is just such a beautiful place, with beaches, beautiful cafe's and restaurants, hidden little bars everywhere, and a glorious friendly ambience!
My recommendation for some place to eat in the city is in Hardware Lane. They have rows of beautiful restaurants spilling into the laneway, with Jazz bands playing every evening, and delightful street lighting – it is like being in our own little Paris!
My recommendation for a great bar, well I have 2 in fact, would be 1) “La La Land” in Hardware Street (the continuation of Hardware Lane over Lonsdale Street)…head upstairs to a beautiful lounge bar with open fire place and a really cozy ambience, or 2) Bond Bar in Bond Street, off Flinders Street. This is a very cool place, awesome music, and it is great to go to either chill out or to dance the night away.
St Kilda is beautiful on a sunny weekend – explore the beaches then head to Ackland street for the restaurants and cafés or an ice-cream. Or take a cruise down the Yarra River, or hire a bike and go riding along the bike track and stop for a picknick BBQ on it’s tree-lined banks. Over the road is the Botanical Gardens – they are truly beautiful! Oh, and did I mention we have the most beautiful women in the world here?!
Melbourne is certainly the place to be!
